It has been my pleasure to coach many all state musicians, mentor many student teachers, and have several former students go on to be music educators.
I have served as the President of the North Central Iowa Bandmasters, and as a trumpet advisor on trips to Europe with the Iowa Ambassadors of Music.
As an adjudicator with the Iowa High School Music Association, I judge marching bands, all state, solo and ensemble contests, jazz bands, and concert bands.
