Scottish Rite Consistory - Auditorium

519 Park Street

Des Moines, IA  50309

Enjoy a spectacular afternoon of music as the Central Iowa Wind Ensemble explores nearly six decades of Broadway hits. You’ll be sure to come away with a song or two stuck in your head from musical favorites like: The Sound of Music, West Side Story, Les Misérables, Chicago, Wicked, Hamilton, and more. We will also feature the varied styles of guest vocal artists Robert Patton and Madison Ray on a few of these numbers. Robert Patton is a former member of the US Air Force Singing Sergeants and has soloed with the National Symphony, Boston Pops, Cincinnati Pops, as well as many Iowa ensembles.  Local singer/song-writer, Madison Ray, has performed with the Des Moines Playhouse, Des Moines Metro Opera, and Noce’s current production of Tick, Tick … BOOM!
